Through-The-Bible In A YearThe Daily Verse Online exists to ignite a passion for worship in all of life, and we believe that the primary kindling that the Holy Spirit uses to ignite that kind of fire in believer's hearts is the Word of God. Therefore, we are committed to encouraging and equipping the saints to more faithfully mine the riches of God's Word. Beginning in 2009, the Daily Verse Online is embarking on a journey to read all the way through the Bible in one year. We will be using the reading plan developed by Discipleship Journal and used by many churches (including John Piper's Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis) because of its features including:
*4 categories of daily readings: Law/Prophets, Wisdom Literature/Poetry, Gospels, Epistles *25 readings per month: Gives you time for catch up or further study at the end of each month *Handy bookmarks: Print out the extremely helpful bookmarks created by Bethlehem Baptist Church and put them in your Bible to keep track of your progress and know each day's readings when away from your computer Each day's readings will be included with every Daily Verse sent out by email.
